Fall Family Campout: October 16 – 18, 2015

Yeah! This is what I’m talkin’ about! It’s time for our next exciting outdoor adventure: Our annual Fall Family Campout will take place at Lake Texana Park, a personal favorite of many folks within the Pack.  The event will be from Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18.

Even if you don’t want to camp, you and your family can still come on Saturday to spend the day at the park, participate in the Pack campfire program in the evening, and drive home that night.

This is a fantastic experience to share with your Cub Scout. All the boys have a great time!

Summertime Event: Pack 1800 Pool Party

pool partyCome to the FIRST ANNUAL PACK 1800 POOL PARTY…………

What  a really cool and fun way to spend a Saturday with your family!

We have reserved a poool from 11:00 am through 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 12 at Heritage Colony Pool in First Colony.

This is a FREE event so bring the entire family.

We will have some volleyball and even grill hotdogs to be served at noon.

Come to play, stay for lunch…..this will be a great event…….

Pack 1800 Summertime Kickoff Event: Friday Night Bowling

bowlingWhat a great way to kick off our Pack Summertime activities!

Pack 1800 Bowling  is a really cool and fun way to spend a Friday evening with your family! We have lanes reserved from 7:00 pm through 9:00 pm on Friday, June 20 at the popular Emerald Bowl.

You don’t want to be late to this event! Be there early so you can get your bowling shoes, and we can get everyone entered into the scoring computer!!

We have arranged a special price of $10 per bowler. Food and drink ARE NOT included in this price, but the bowling alley does have a snack bar.

Please RSVP for this event so we can plan ahead by replying to the Evite that you received in your email. This is so we can get an accurate headcount. If you did not receive the invitation, please contact Cubmaster Wayne.

Even if you don’t want to camp, you and your family can still come on Saturday to spend the day at the park, participate in the Pack campfire program in the evening, and drive home that night.

This is a fantastic experience to share with your Cub Scout. All the boys have a great time!

Camping Information/Checklist – Bovay

Whether you’re a first-time camper or an old pro, a list can always help you remember those last minute items. The majority of the items on this list are obvious to most. The idea is to use this list to help remind you while you’re packing for our event.

Campers may arrive on Friday between 3:00 – 10:00 pm on Friday night. Check in at gate to gain camping site assignments.  Remember you are responsible for your Friday dinner.

The program begins on Saturday at either 9:00 or 10:00 am and runs until 5:00pm.

Please remember Bovay will be providing Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday.
